Salesforce Technical Consultant

About the role

Mobility is looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join its Platform Team in Rotkreuz. You will bridge engineering and consulting, designing and delivering end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements from finance, operations and product teams into robust Salesforce solutions, owning delivery within your domain.
• Develop and maintain Flows, Lightning Web Components and Apex code, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems, managing API contracts, data mapping and reliability.
• Own quality assurance, define test plans, write Apex test classes and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Conduct peer reviews, contribute to platform housekeeping and manage environment promotions using VS Code, Gearset and Bitbucket.

Required profile

• Deep hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, knowing when to configure versus code.
• Strong programmatic skills in Apex, LWC and Flow, with awareness of governor limits and asynchronous processing.
• Proven integration experience (REST APIs, event‑driven patterns) and ability to engage directly with business stakeholders.
• Fluent English (C1) and German (B2) communication skills.

• Experience with CPQ/Billing is a plus
