SAP Technical Service Delivery Lead (RISE with SAP)

About the role

Rieter, a textile machinery manufacturer headquartered in Winterthur, Switzerland, is looking for an experienced SAP Technical Service Delivery Lead to manage its enterprise SAP landscape. The role focuses on RISE with SAP, cloud transformation and SAP technical operations, with a proven track record of high-availability SAP S/4HANA environments and service transparency via SAP for Me.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical service delivery for RISE with SAP environments, ensuring 99 %+ system availability
• Act as the main interface between customers and SAP, managing service requests, incidents and escalations via SAP for Me
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs through SAP for Me dashboards and resolve issues proactively
• Plan and coordinate transport deployments, upgrades, system refreshes and patching as SAP Release Manager
• Serve as Service Owner of SAP Cloud ALM and SAP for Me
• Deliver regular service review reports on system health, SLA adherence and improvement initiatives
• Support S/4HANA migrations and cloud transformations under RISE contracts
• Implement automation for monitoring and alerting to reduce incident response times

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Technical Service Delivery lead
• At least two end-to-end project lifecycles for S/4HANA projects
• Experience configuring and managing Cloud ALM for requirements, testing, deployment and release management
• Experience with core standard SAP processes and business process monitoring, including setting up KPIs and dashboards
• English proficiency is essential; German is a significant advantage
