Scheduling & Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Scheduling & Supply Chain Specialist to join an international pharmaceutical environment. You will play a key role in coordinating complex patient treatment schedules and ensuring the seamless flow of innovative cell‑therapy products.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient treatment schedules with manufacturing sites and logistics partners.
• Monitor transportation, manufacturing, and delivery activities from start to finish.
• Act as the main point of contact for operational scheduling and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, couriers, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, customer service, or pharmaceutical operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
