Senior Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will own renewal and expansion for large enterprise customers, balancing relationship management, sales, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive renewal and expansion processes for enterprise accounts, delivering business reviews and win strategies.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, build business cases, and negotiate pilots.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Leadership) and external stakeholders (HR, IT, Operations) to align the platform with customer objectives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline in Salesforce, forecast with Clari, and define strategic plans in Planhat.

Required profile

• Fluent in Swiss German with 3+ years of closing experience in sales or account management.
• Proven ability to run full sales cycles with large enterprises and manage portfolios over $4 million.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
