Senior Associate - Tax Consultant

About the role

Join PwC Switzerland’s dynamic international tax team as a Senior Associate. You will work on complex cross‑border engagements, collaborating with tax, legal and consulting professionals across the firm’s global network. The role offers exposure to a wide range of industries and multinational clients, fostering continuous learning and innovative problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax advisory and compliance services to multinational and corporate clients, helping optimise their tax positions.
• Support tax due diligence, audits and tax controversy matters, including interactions with tax authorities.
• Participate in complex cross‑border projects such as structuring, acquisitions and reorganisations in multi‑jurisdictional environments.
• Analyse legal frameworks, financial data and case law to deliver practical, tax‑efficient solutions.
• Coordinate closely with colleagues across jurisdictions to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high‑quality service.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of tax advisory experience, preferably in a Big 4 or professional services firm.
• Strong background in corporate tax, tax structuring and tax compliance.
• Experience with multi‑jurisdictional projects and international tax topics.
• Solid understanding of legal frameworks and financial statements.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Currently pursuing or holding a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA) or an advanced degree in tax or law.
