About the role
AlfaPeople, a leading Microsoft Dynamics partner, is looking for a Senior Business Central Consultant to join its DACH team in Germany or Switzerland. The role involves leading implementations and guiding clients through digital transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
- Manage end‑to‑end implementations of Business Central.
- Configure and test financial and logistics modules.
- Guide clients through automation and digital transformation.
- Support pre‑sales activities and identify new opportunities.
Required profile
- 5+ years implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central SCM.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Systems Engineering or related field.
- Strong analytical thinking, solution‑oriented and customer‑focused.
- Excellent leadership, communication and client management skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
