Senior Business Central Consultant

About the role

AlfaPeople, a leading Microsoft Dynamics partner, is looking for a Senior Business Central Consultant to join its DACH team in Germany or Switzerland. The role involves leading implementations and guiding clients through digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
• Manage end‑to‑end implementations of Business Central.
• Configure and test financial and logistics modules.
• Guide clients through automation and digital transformation.
• Support pre‑sales activities and identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central SCM.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Systems Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, solution‑oriented and customer‑focused.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client management skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
