Senior Content Expert - Evergreens

About the role

Partners Group is looking for a Senior Content Expert to join its Client Content Evergreens team. You will shape the product story and bring investment insights to life through client materials, positioning the Evergreens platform across reports, pitch materials, DDQs/RFPs and strategic requests. You will also help modernise the content engine by accelerating the use of data, technology and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute product content activities for the Evergreens business line, developing and implementing product marketing strategy with Portfolio Management and Client Relationship teams
• Oversee monthly Evergreen reports, pitchbooks, teasers, DDQs and RFP responses
• Set and enforce editorial quality and tone standards, ensuring consistent messaging, quality and compliance
• Act as a key contact for complex client requests and high-stakes reporting
• Drive adoption of new technologies, data tools and AI solutions to improve content efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed investment insights in client-facing content and define metrics and KPIs to track content impact on fundraising
• Stay current on private markets trends and act as liaison with other content teams for global consistency
• Support internal education initiatives and special projects

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in financial services; private markets exposure strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree (business, finance or related field preferred) or equivalent practical experience
• Strong understanding of private market investments, Evergreens, portfolio management and market trends
• Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation
• Excellent editorial judgment, communication skills and English and German written and verbal skills

Required skills

• Advanced analytical toolkit such as Excel and SQL, able to turn data into clear client messaging
• Comfortable leading change and innovation, including technology and AI
