About the role
Nordwand Group is seeking an experienced Senior Desktop IT Supporter to provide VIP‑level internal support in the Horgen/Pfäffikon area.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritise and resolve IT concerns, escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform system installations, updates and maintenance to avoid service interruptions.
- Work on projects aimed at improving service quality and application efficiency.
- Resolve incoming IT queries using Active Directory.
- Document processes and maintain help‑desk records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high‑level corporate support.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years of Windows support experience.
- Clear communication skills in English.
