Senior Executive Assistant

About the role

Roger Dubuis is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO and the Executive Committee. Based in Meyrin (Geneva), you will provide comprehensive daily support, ensuring seamless operations, effective communication, and successful execution of key initiatives within a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and ensure timely follow‑up for the CEO.
• Prepare and refine high‑quality documents and presentations, with a focus on visual appeal and clarity (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Proactively manage complex calendars, resolve conflicts, and coordinate meeting logistics, including invitations, rooms, video conferencing, catering, and visitor reception.
• Arrange comprehensive business travel for the Executive Committee, handling flights, visas, accommodation, transfers, and detailed itineraries.
• Participate in Executive Committee meetings, draft agendas, take minutes, and monitor project deadlines.
• Assist in tracking strategic projects, preparing briefs, status updates, and reports for the CEO.
• Handle highly confidential duties and special projects with discretion.
• Manage expense reports and provide occasional personal support to the CEO.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury environment.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential information.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and solution‑focused mindset.
• Ability to react with appropriate urgency to time‑sensitive situations.
• Excellent communication skills and a dynamic, easy‑going personality.
• Fluent in French and English.
