About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded senior finance professional to lead large‑scale finance transformation programmes for a leading global consulting firm. The role offers a fast‑track pathway to a Director position and combines deep transformation expertise with strong business development capability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement finance transformation initiatives, including shared service centre models.
• Lead end‑to‑end programme delivery and act as the primary client liaison.
• Drive business development and revenue generation for the practice.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and lead engagement teams.
• Provide exposure to the Swiss market and adapt solutions to local requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance transformation and large‑scale programme delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to generate new client business.
• Demonstrated leadership of senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Readiness to step into a Director role in the near term.
• Experience in the Swiss market is highly desirable.
