About the role

We are seeking a Senior International Sales Manager to lead growth across Europe, Asia‑Pacific and Latin America for a medical‑device and orthopaedic portfolio. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on commercial execution, partnering with surgeons, key opinion leaders and distributor networks to expand market presence and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive international sales growth in assigned regions by managing distributor networks and expanding product adoption for spine and orthopaedic indications.
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Forecast performance, track monthly results and ensure revenue and unit targets are met.
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, KOLs, distributors and approved agents.
  • Support clinical education, respond to product inquiries and provide guidance on biologics and bone graft applications.
  • Deliver in‑field support including case coverage, product servicing and distributor training.
  • Lead onboarding and training programs for new sales agents and distributor representatives.
  • Troubleshoot commercial and operational challenges across markets.

Required profile

  • 5‑10+ years of experience in medical‑device sales, preferably in spine, orthopaedics or related surgical fields.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing international distributor networks.
  • Strong understanding of global healthcare systems, regulatory environments and device commercialization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritisation and time‑management abilities.
