About the role

This senior position drives international growth for a medical‑device company across Europe, Asia‑Pacific and Latin America. You will shape regional sales strategies, expand distributor networks and accelerate revenue while supporting the adoption of innovative bone‑repair technologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage sales objectives for assigned regions, ensuring revenue and unit growth through strong distributor and partner relationships.
  • Develop, implement and execute annual regional sales strategies aligned with global business goals.
  • Forecast performance, track progress against targets and adjust plans to meet commercial objectives.
  • Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities via networking, referrals, marketing initiatives and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key surgeons, distributors and commercial partners to drive product adoption.
  • Provide technical and clinical support for orthopaedic and spine procedures, including case coverage, in‑servicing and training.
  • Lead, mentor and onboard sales agents, ensuring continuous performance improvement.

Required profile

  • 5‑10+ years of medical‑device sales experience, preferably in spine, orthopaedics or related healthcare sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving international sales targets and managing distributor networks.
  • Strong understanding of global healthcare markets, regulatory environments and commercial dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working across multiple time zones and handling confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
