About the role

As a Senior Key Account Manager at Nestlé Suisse SA, you will own the development and execution of annual customer plans that align with both business and client strategies. You will drive profitable sales growth for a portfolio of iconic consumer brands while contributing to Nestlé’s purpose of improving lives and the planet.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and implement customer plans and account strategies that translate business priorities into profitable growth.
  • Deliver agreed customer targets and KPIs by managing sales performance, trade investment and planning accuracy.
  • Ensure execution excellence through clear planning, disciplined checkpoints and proactive corrective actions.
  • Accelerate category growth by shaping customer initiatives with marketing and category development, using market insights to win.
  • Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration with field sales, marketing, supply chain, customer service and finance.
  • Develop trusted customer relationships by leveraging deep customer knowledge and sharing best practices.

Required profile

  • Extensive experience in key account management and customer planning.
  • Proven selling and negotiation skills to secure high‑impact agreements.
  • Strong understanding of category, channel and shopper dynamics.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and align priorities.
  • Fluent in German or Swiss German and English; French is a plus.
  • Experience managing and coaching a team.
  • Winning mindset, adaptability and continuous learning.
