About the role
The Senior Key Account Manager will lead the Travel Retail strategy for L’Occitane across EMEA and the Americas, driving sales growth, profitability and retail excellence in a premium beauty environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement a key‑account strategy to drive sales, profitability and retail excellence across Travel Retail in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and the Americas.
- Manage P&L, build budget forecasts and monitor KPIs such as sales, investment and operating profit.
- Develop and nurture relationships with top travel‑retail accounts, negotiate commercial terms, pricing, space and merchandising plans.
- Lead the creation and execution of joint business plans, marketing initiatives and CAPEX projects aligned with brand guidelines.
- Produce regular sell‑in and sell‑out analysis using PowerBI, track market trends and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Coach and motivate a team of a Commercial Executive, two Retail Managers and more than twenty Beauty Advisors.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects with Marketing, Concept, Training, Finance and Customer Service.
- Organise trade events, trainings and seminars across the region.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of international experience in travel‑retail or premium beauty sales.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L for large accounts.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Fluent English; French is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
