Senior Layout Engineer

About the role

Kanadevia Inova is a global leader in waste‑to‑X technology, turning waste into valuable resources such as energy, hydrogen and fertilizer. As a Senior Layout Engineer you will lead the development and optimisation of Balance‑of‑Plant (BoP) layout concepts and detailed designs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and optimisation of BoP layout concepts and detailed design solutions.
• Act as senior integrator for BoP layout interfaces across disciplines, suppliers and partners.
• Own BoP layout standards, ensuring alignment, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare and review key layout deliverables, including 3D models and supplier inputs.
• Ensure designs meet safety, compliance, maintainability and constructability requirements.

Required profile

• Engineering degree with solid experience in plant layout or industrial design.
• 5+ years in layout engineering within EPC, Waste‑to‑X, power or similar projects.
• Strong expertise in BoP systems, interfaces, supplier coordination and project execution.
• Structured, proactive communicator with strong stakeholder management and fluent English.
