Senior Lead, People Analytics

About the role

As the Senior Lead, People Analytics you will design and own the data‑engineering backbone of our People Analytics platform, partner with global HR leaders, and drive AI‑enabled insights that unlock human potential across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the data engineering backbone – pipelines, data modeling, and orchestration – ensuring reliable, governed data for dashboards and analyses.
• Build and maintain a semantic/metric layer as the single source of truth across all HR reports.
• Support the development of AI and agentic workflows, including an internal AI co‑pilot and LLM‑assisted reporting.
• Collaborate with data scientists to enhance statistical and predictive models using regression, clustering, and causal inference.
• Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and analyses covering headcount, talent acquisition, engagement, attrition, and the full employee lifecycle.
• Act as a technical subject‑matter expert for People Analytics, guiding HR and business leaders on data‑driven solutions.
• Ensure data governance and integrity across all HR systems.
• Craft compelling data‑driven stories and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in People Analytics or a related data‑science field.
• Strong background in HR data, metrics, and the employee lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience building and governing data pipelines and semantic layers.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Passion for AI and willingness to develop agentic workflows.

• R, Python, SQL, Excel
• Looker, Power BI (or similar modern BI tool)
• Statistical techniques: regression, clustering, causal inference
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM
• AI/LLM concepts for building agentic workflows
