Senior Manager Digital Growth

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager Digital Growth to lead and scale the global digital growth strategy for an international apparel and lifestyle brand. This strategic leadership position combines vision, analytical rigor, and hands‑on execution to drive profitable customer acquisition and retention across DTC and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global acquisition, retention and conversion strategies, managing budgets and optimizing CAC, LTV, ROAS and MER.
• Lead paid‑media activities across social, search, display, affiliate and other channels, and oversee CRM, segmentation, personalization and lifecycle automation.
• Drive website performance, conversion rate optimisation, testing and customer‑journey improvements.
• Build forecasting, attribution, KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks to support data‑driven decisions.
• Manage internal digital growth capabilities, external agencies and strategic partners, partnering with Brand, Product, Finance and Executive teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing or e‑commerce leadership roles.
• Proven track record scaling international e‑commerce businesses, preferably in apparel, activewear or DTC brands.
• Strong commercial mindset, analytical orientation and ability to balance brand‑building with performance goals.
• Fluent in English; German or additional languages are a plus.
