Senior Manager Global Sales Analysis

About the role

The Senior Manager Global Sales Analysis leads worldwide demand planning, sales intelligence and commercial forecasting across all distribution channels. Acting as the bridge between commercial teams and global planning operations, the role translates market signals and customer trends into actionable forecasts that drive inventory, purchasing and production decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global demand planning and commercial forecasting processes, aligning budgets and forecasts with regional teams.
• Analyse sales performance, market dynamics and customer demand to improve forecast accuracy at the style‑color‑size level.
• Provide strategic sales performance reports, monitor collection performance and identify reorder opportunities.
• Partner with planning operations to translate market insights into planning assumptions and enhance demand projections.
• Drive governance, adoption and continuous improvement of Centric Planning and related analytical tools.
• Promote data‑driven decision‑making through advanced reporting, automation and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Oversee customer segmentation, profitability analysis and market performance monitoring for European wholesale markets.
• Lead and develop the Global Sales Analysis team and coordinate cross‑functional activities with sales, merchandising, finance, supply chain and digital teams.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in global sales analysis, demand planning or commercial forecasting.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, organization and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
