About the role
Everly Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead member engagement strategy across multiple channels, including telemarketing, live agents, IVR, SMS, email, and direct mail. You will design end‑to‑end journeys that activate members and drive desired actions within regulated health‑plan environments.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full‑funnel engagement strategy across all outreach touchpoints.
- Design and implement segmentation, messaging, and channel strategies tailored to health‑plan populations.
- Partner with Analytics, ML/AI, and Operations teams to improve program effectiveness, especially for telemarketing and live‑agent outreach.
- Shape predictive‑model usage and ML‑driven recommendations to enhance outreach.
- Lead A/B testing and continuous optimization of engagement elements.
- Collaborate with client‑facing and commercial teams to embed engagement strategy into health‑plan conversations.
Required profile
- 6‑10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, member engagement, or related fields.
- Proven track record designing activation programs for regulated healthcare journeys.
- Deep understanding of member behavior, telemarketing, and live‑agent outreach.
- Strong marketing expertise in messaging, positioning, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with analytics or ML/AI teams and navigating compliance/legal constraints.
- Experience with Medicare Advantage or government‑aligned populations is a plus.
