About the role
Domera Labs is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own the intelligence core of its AI companion product, driving growth through paid social campaigns and shaping brand direction.
Key responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across X, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Manage audience targeting, creative trafficking, and campaign structure to drive efficient growth.
- Conduct ongoing performance monitoring and implement daily/weekly optimizations.
Required profile
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Deep hands‑on expertise within paid social with a focus on executional excellence.
- Leadership ability to inspire, motivate and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
