Senior Operations Controller

About the role

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Senior Operations Controller to act as a strategic finance partner for its Operations departments in Geneva. You will drive financial planning, reporting and performance analysis while establishing a new Customer Service Controlling function.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations teams (Stones, Purchasing, Innovation, Logistics, etc.) to provide financial insight and ensure data reliability.
• Consolidate and analyse reporting for Operations, delivering trend and risk analysis.
• Design, implement and lead the controlling function for the Customer Service division, including budgeting, forecasting and KPI monitoring.
• Oversee O&M Real Estate cost controlling and act as the single point of contact for Indirect Purchases.
• Drive digital reporting transformation, supporting tools such as Looker and dashboard automation.

Required profile

• Strong, relevant financial background with proven business‑partnering experience.
• Team‑player attitude, proactive and agile in a challenging environment.
• Structured, rigorous, problem‑solving orientation with solid analytical skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
