Senior Program Manager – Mainframe Transformation

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large‑scale enterprise transformation program focused on mainframe modernization. The role is based on‑site in Geneva and involves steering delivery across multiple work streams from planning through deployment and service transition.
Key responsibilities
- Drive program delivery across several work streams, ensuring milestones are met.
- Manage senior stakeholders, including C‑suite executives, and maintain clear communication.
- Oversee governance, risk, financial and vendor management throughout the program.
- Coordinate planning, execution, deployment and service transition activities.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise programmes.
- Strong background delivering projects in legacy IT or mainframe environments.
- Proven experience managing large transformation or migration programmes.
- Fluent in English and German.

- Agile delivery methodology.
- Waterfall delivery methodology.
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology.
- Mainframe environment knowledge.
