Senior Relationship Manager – GCC

About the role

We are seeking a senior Private Banker (Hunter) to build and manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth client relationships across the GCC region. The role involves providing tailored advice on investment products and wealth‑management solutions while achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead client relationships in GCC countries, offering customized wealth‑management advice to HNWI and UHNWI clients.
• Collaborate with the Investments team to create solutions for wealth generation, management and transfer.
• Acquire private and institutional clients, including external asset managers and financial institutions.
• Conduct regular client visits and meetings to generate new business and maintain existing relationships.
• Analyze investment opportunities and advise on private placements and other product offerings.
• Contribute to profitability and enhance the bank’s value proposition.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, minimizing risk.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance or Business; Master’s degree or relevant experience is a plus.
• 10‑15 years of solid private banking experience in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, accounting standards and asset classes.
• Established network within the GCC HNWI/UHNWI community.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English; French is an asset.
