Senior Sales Associate

About the role

Roger Dubuis, a leading contemporary haute horlogerie brand, is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to expand its domestic client base in Geneva. The role combines boutique sales excellence with proactive business development outside the store, leveraging personal networks and digital tools to attract high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with the brand’s commercial strategy.
• Deliver an exceptional, audacious client experience both in‑store and through remote selling channels.
• Identify, recruit and convert new prospects using personal network, business introducers and digital platforms.
• Maintain and enrich the customer database with high‑quality client data.
• Represent the Roger Dubuis brand at events, promote brand awareness and support marketing activities.
• Participate in boutique operations such as inventory counts, visual merchandising, gift‑wrapping and daily tasks as directed by the Boutique Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• Extensive client book and proven experience serving ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals in the Geneva area.
• Willingness to attend luxury events, network and generate leads outside the boutique.
• Elegant, confident, empathetic, entrepreneurial and a strong team player.
• Ability to work in an international environment and develop long‑term customer loyalty.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of sales principles and luxury customer service practices.
• Proficiency in using digital and physical sales tools to manage client relationships.
