Senior Sales Executive - DACH

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to lead our growth in the DACH region, focusing on the Swiss market. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will own the full sales cycle and drive new business for our travel and spend management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Target mid‑to‑large enterprise accounts (250‑5000+ employees) headquartered in Switzerland.
• Generate new client opportunities, conduct product demos, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to post‑sale follow‑up.
• Stay informed on product updates and new feature releases.
• Collaborate with the broader team to define best practices and improve sales methodology.
• Track and report on sales performance, forecasts and pipeline analytics.
• Engage C‑level stakeholders in finance, procurement, IT and travel management.
• Assess client infrastructure and advise on SaaS solutions, upsell opportunities and partnership ideas.

Required profile

• Native German speaker with fluent English; French is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and public‑speaking abilities.
• Highly motivated, ambitious and ethical, with a strong customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
