Senior SAP BTP Developer / Architect (m/f/d)

About the role

Spadoom modernises sales, service and customer processes at Swiss companies with SAP, from S/4HANA to the Public Cloud. It is looking for an experienced person who develops on the SAP Business Technology Platform, designs solutions and represents them at the customer. The position is based in Zurich and at customer sites across German-speaking Switzerland, with a hybrid setup.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build extensions and apps on SAP BTP with SAP CAP (Node.js/TypeScript) on Cloud Foundry.
• Own build and deployment via MTA and keep solutions clean and maintainable.
• Implement security and identity: XSUAA, SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS), destinations and approuter.
• Integrate systems via SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and the APIs of S/4HANA and SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2.
• Build user interfaces with SAPUI5 and Fiori.
• Advise customers directly, take architecture decisions and represent them in workshops and steering meetings.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP projects, ideally with Swiss customers.
• Solid hands-on practice with SAP CAP, Cloud Foundry and MTA deployments.
• Confident with XSUAA, IAS, destinations and approuter.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite and S/4HANA or SSCV2 APIs.
• UI5/Fiori skills; experience with the SAP Generative AI Hub is a plus.
• A consultant at heart, able to stand on their own feet at the customer rather than just working through tickets.
• Very good English; German is a strong plus, as many customer meetings are held in German.
