Senior SAP Consultant (S/4HANA Fashion/Retail)

About the role

Capgemini is looking for a Senior SAP Consultant for S/4HANA Fashion and Retail. You will lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions for fashion and retail clients, acting as a trusted advisor on transformation initiatives, implementations and optimisations, while mentoring junior consultants and supporting business development.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and design end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Retail/Fashion solutions aligned with industry best practices
• Lead or contribute to implementation workstreams, including configuration, testing, data migration and go-live
• Deliver solutions across the retail value chain (merchandising, supply chain, pricing, finance and omnichannel)
• Act as a key client contact, lead workshops and mentor junior consultants
• Support presales, contribute to proposals and stay up to date on SAP innovations and retail trends

Required profile

• 6+ years in SAP Retail and/or SAP S/4HANA Fashion with strong functional skills
• Proven track record in full-cycle SAP implementations, rollouts or transformation programmes
• Solid understanding of fashion/retail processes such as seasonality, assortments, replenishment and omnichannel
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Fluency in English required; French or German is a strong advantage

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA Retail/Fashion functional expertise (Merchandising, Article Management, Pricing, Promotions)
• CAR/POS integration is a plus
• SAP certifications and Activate methodology preferred
• Exposure to related SAP solutions is a plus
