Senior SAP Technical Lead – S/4HANA & Development

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP Technical Lead to drive the architecture and delivery of complex SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will guide development teams through transformation projects, ensuring scalable and future‑proof designs. The role combines deep technical expertise with client‑facing advisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Manage developer teams across transformation projects.
• Design scalable ABAP, SAP Fiori, backend and frontend architectures.
• Implement modern extension strategies such as Clean Core, In‑App, and Side‑by‑Side extensions.
• Design integration architectures using APIs, IDocs, and event‑driven approaches.
• Advise clients on technical and architectural decisions.

Required profile

• Strong experience in SAP development and technical architecture.
• Proven leadership of technical projects or development teams.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; French is a plus.
• Solid understanding of modern extension and integration concepts.
