Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Payments

About the role

Worldline is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join its High Availability Frontoffice Platform team. You will help ensure reliable operation of a micro‑services platform supporting 70+ applications and contribute to a major cloud migration.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the HA platform across two infrastructures: containerised RHEL/Docker/Ansible stack and cloud‑native OpenShift/Kubernetes/Terraform/Helm stack.
• Drive automation, architectural design decisions and compliance while supporting 70+ micro‑service applications.
• Participate in the migration of European infrastructure to Worldline private cloud.
• Act as the voice of operations with business, development and infrastructure teams, proposing improvements.
• Provide 3rd‑level on‑call support to ensure end‑to‑end continuity of databases and applications.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SRE or DevOps experience supporting production systems.
• Strong knowledge of RHEL/Linux, micro‑services and containerisation.
• Experience with incident response, monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
• Ability to work independently, document clearly and collaborate under pressure.
• Fluent English; French or German is a plus.

• OpenShift, Kubernetes.
• Observability tools such as OpenSearch, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Security best practices and PCI‑DSS awareness (plus).
