Senior Strategy Manager

About the role

Join PMI’s Operations team as a Senior Strategy Manager and help shape the future of a company transitioning to a smoke‑free portfolio. You will work at the intersection of long‑term vision and day‑to‑day execution, translating strategic narratives into concrete initiatives that drive global supply‑chain transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end strategic cycle for Operations, including building, refreshing, integrating, and tracking the strategy.
• Develop and articulate a clear, compelling strategic narrative with 5‑10‑year horizons.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, initiatives, and deliverables.
• Create high‑impact executive‑level visual communications (slides, one‑pagers, memos) to support senior leadership forums.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution.
• Monitor internal performance and external trends to inform strategic decisions and conduct deep‑dive analyses on key topics.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in strategy development and execution within a large, complex organization.
• Proven ability to think futuristically while delivering disciplined, results‑oriented outcomes.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly to senior leadership.
• Experience working across functions and facilitating alignment on strategic initiatives.
