Senior Test Automation Engineer – Test Management (Geneva)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong test‑management capabilities to join our Geneva team. You will own the quality of a mobile banking application and support a CRM platform, working closely with product owners, release managers and internal QA resources.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary quality owner for the mobile banking app and assist with the CRM platform.
• Define, design and maintain test plans, test cases and traceability matrices.
• Coordinate testing activities across internal QA teams and EPAM‑provided crowd‑testing services.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, JavaScript and Appium.
• Execute manual and automated regression campaigns, report progress, quality metrics and risks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and release management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Test Automation Engineer, Test Engineer or Test Manager.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, QA best practices and test‑management processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Playwright and JavaScript automation.
• Practical mobile‑testing expertise; Appium preferred.
• Familiarity with test‑management tools such as QTest or similar.
• Fluent in English and French, with solid communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
