Senior Workday Product Owner – Recruiting & External Workforce

About the role

Julius Baer is seeking a Senior Workday Product Owner to lead the Recruiting and External Workforce Management solutions. You will act as the technical lead for Workday Recruiting and Workday VNDLY, shaping the product roadmap and ensuring seamless integration across the HR ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product and technical roadmap for Workday Recruiting and Workday VNDLY.
• Design, configure, and continuously improve Workday solutions for permanent and external workforce processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions.
• Define and manage the product backlog, priorities, and technical requirements.
• Ensure seamless integrations with Workday HCM, SAP BTP, and other vendor management systems.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Finance, and Technology stakeholders.
• Lead testing, release management, deployment activities, and issue resolution.
• Evaluate new Workday capabilities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field.
• Extensive experience as a Technical Product Owner, Workday Product Owner or Solution Architect in complex enterprises.
• Strong expertise in Workday Recruiting and preferably Workday VNDLY.
• Proven ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
