SEO Specialist – Drive Organic Growth

About the role

Hospit CH is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to boost organic traffic and expand our digital footprint. You will work closely with the Head of SEO and cross‑functional teams to implement technical and content‑focused strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Apply technical SEO best practices, including HTTPS, security standards, page‑speed optimization, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
• Conduct in‑depth keyword research to identify high‑impact search terms.
• Optimize on‑page elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags.
• Design internal linking strategies, manage link acquisition, and disavow toxic links.
• Implement geo‑targeted, local, and multi‑location SEO tactics.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools; produce actionable reports.
• Perform competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and threats.
• Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Grok) to automate and enhance SEO initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven SEO experience with measurable growth results.
• Technical SEO expertise covering site architecture, crawlability, page speed, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with Swiss clients is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to prioritize improvements.
