Social & Content Lead

About the role

Aeon, a fast‑growing preventive healthcare startup in Europe, is looking for a Social & Content Lead to own its voice and shape how content drives engagement, trust and brand perception across the continent.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and produce high‑quality video content independently, handling lighting, framing, sound and setup.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and other professional tools.
• Manage Aeon’s social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) end‑to‑end, from strategy to daily community interaction.
• Develop and execute content strategies based on audience, platform dynamics and brand positioning.
• Analyze performance data, run structured content tests and continuously improve content.
• Translate complex health topics into engaging, shareable media.

Required profile

• Proven experience building or contributing to a social community.
• Strong analytical mindset for content performance optimization.
• Hands‑on video production and editing expertise, comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.
• Focus on engagement depth rather than just reach.
• Structured, proactive and ownership‑driven attitude.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Swiss work permit or Swiss/EU/EFTA citizenship with ability to work onsite in Winterthur.
• Passion for health and prevention.
