Social Media & Community Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media & Community Lead to shape and scale our global social media and community strategies across multiple regions. Based in Switzerland, you will lead a centre of excellence, establishing governance, best‑practice playbooks and operational standards that enable regional teams to deliver high‑impact initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead global social media and community strategies, governance models and operational frameworks.
• Develop scalable playbooks, processes and best practices for regional execution.
• Collect, analyse and consolidate customer feedback, community insights, social listening and sentiment data to inform business decisions.
• Drive community engagement initiatives and support online reputation management in key markets.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, PR, Customer Experience and regional teams to integrate insights into product launches, campaigns and communications.
• Coach and support regional teams through training, knowledge sharing and operational guidance.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to community health, engagement, sentiment and social media effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to optimise tools, governance, workflows and cross‑team collaboration.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in social media, community management, digital marketing or brand strategy.
• Proven track record leading regional or global social media and community functions across multiple markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
