About the role
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to build and scale an organic social presence for a fast‑growing consumer wellness brand in Switzerland. You will own the end‑to‑end social strategy, turning content into a powerful engine for engagement, education, and community growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and community channels such as Facebook Groups.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Publish, schedule, and optimize content to ensure consistency, timing, and performance.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions in a consistent brand voice.
- Collaborate with founders, creative teams, influencers, and UGC creators to produce compelling social content.
- Repurpose high‑performing paid content into organic formats.
- Track and analyze metrics such as engagement, follower growth, retention, and virality.
- Identify emerging trends and viral opportunities to continuously improve performance.
- Support live events, brand activations, and content capture when needed.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for DTC, eCommerce, or consumer‑facing brands.
- Strong background in women’s wellness, health, beauty, supplements, or lifestyle industries is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of organic content performance on TikTok, Instagram, and Meta platforms.
- Proven ability to create engaging content based on audience psychology and platform behavior.
- Experience managing online communities and driving engagement.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, founder‑led, iterative environment.
