Social Media Specialist

About the role

Tissot, a member of the Swatch Group and a luxury watchmaker founded in 1853, is hiring a Social Media Specialist based in Le Locle to join the International Digital Marketing team at its headquarters. You will oversee the company's social media accounts and build brand visibility and desirability through an organic social media content strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management and development of the organic social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Develop and maintain the global social media calendar in line with brand priorities, campaigns, partners and product launches.
• Work with Content, PR and Sponsoring teams to define content needs and choose the right assets and formats.
• Create dedicated social-first content with internal teams, agencies and partners, and promote sports partnerships, ambassadors and key events.
• Analyse performance, support influencer and creator initiatives, and guide local markets in highlighting local events.
• Collaborate with Customer Care on comments, direct messages and community feedback, and stay ahead of platform trends.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media or a related field.
• First significant professional experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in luxury, lifestyle or consumer goods.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Strong writing and communication skills, adapting tone to each platform.
• Hands-on experience managing accounts and content on Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Analytical, organizational and time-management skills; proactive and entrepreneurial.
