Software Engineer – AI & Data Solutions

About the role

As a Software Engineer you will bridge the gap between AI/Data Engineering capabilities and business value, delivering end‑to‑end software solutions that turn machine‑learning models and data insights into usable applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack solutions, handling server‑side logic with Python/FastAPI and client‑side interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain high‑performance microservices and REST APIs to expose data and ML capabilities.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to operationalise models and pipelines.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows and GCP infrastructure (Cloud Run, GKE) for reliable deployments.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and evolving AI governance regulations.
• Create reusable libraries and project templates to accelerate time‑to‑market.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of full‑stack or backend development experience.
• Proven ability to work in large, matrixed organisations and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Agile mindset with capacity to adapt to changing standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions for business teams.
