Software Engineer - Frontend

About the role

Shiftmove is looking for a Frontend‑focused Software Engineer to join the team behind Avrios, a core product used by thousands of companies managing large vehicle fleets across Europe. You will design, build and ship production‑grade features that enable AI‑assisted workflows, operational tooling and complex fleet‑management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and release end‑to‑end frontend features using Angular.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to shape user‑centric solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions, evaluate trade‑offs and influence engineering decisions.
• Deliver features in a high‑frequency release environment while improving system stability and reducing technical debt.
• Share knowledge within the team and help raise engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Strong computer‑science fundamentals and experience building production‑grade Angular applications.
• Ability to think from first principles, balance speed, scalability and complexity.
• Self‑starter who can own work from idea to production in fast‑paced settings.
• Understanding of user needs and business impact of features.
• Willingness to collaborate across the stack and support backend topics when needed.
