Software Engineer Intern

About the role

Parquery is looking for a full‑time Software Engineer Intern to join its development team on‑site. The intern will work on back‑end and computer‑vision projects, helping to design, implement and test high‑performance software that powers smart‑city solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise back‑end components using C++ and Python.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design scalable, high‑performance applications.
• Participate in technical discussions and code reviews.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues across cloud‑based and on‑premise environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product features and performance.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong foundation in core computer‑science concepts and programming.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud computing platforms and system architecture.
• Ability to work independently and within a remote‑collaborative team.
• Interest in deep learning and computer‑vision technologies is a plus.
