Solution Advisor SAP EWM – Customer Transformation Consultant

About the role

As a Solution Advisor SAP EWM you will act as a trusted advisor to customers during the early stages of their transformation journey. You will help define business requirements, evaluate solution options, build business cases and shape successful SAP EWM programs across the DACH region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, assessments and advisory engagements to understand business challenges and define solution direction.
• Guide customers in evaluating SAP EWM options, challenge assumptions and align decisions with business value.
• Define implementation scope, delivery assumptions, effort estimations and key project risks for planning.
• Conduct fit‑gap analyses, health checks and roadmap workshops for prospective customers.
• Develop business cases by quantifying ROI, TCO and strategic benefits.
• Deliver presentations, workshops and solution demonstrations for strategic opportunities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management and warehouse logistics processes.
• Strong business acumen, experience in business case development and executive stakeholder management.
• Near‑native German and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
• Self‑driven, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
