Solution Engineer (German) – Salesforce Projects

About the role

Andersen is seeking a Solution Engineer with German proficiency to develop and enhance Salesforce‑based business solutions for a large, technology‑focused organization. You will work on custom applications, workflow automation, and system integrations in a multi‑vendor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Extend Salesforce platform functionality beyond standard capabilities.
• Design and implement custom applications and automation workflows.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Apex and Visualforce.
• Adapt and optimise Salesforce for complex business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues.
• Collaborate with multiple vendors in a shared delivery environment.
• Use modern development tools (VS Code, GitHub) for version control and deployment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and customisation.
• Proven ability to extend platform functionality beyond standard features.
• Hands‑on experience with Apex and Visualforce.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external and third‑party systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for complex technical issues.
• Experience working in multi‑vendor collaborative environments.
• Upper‑Intermediate or higher proficiency in English and German.
