About the role

The World Economic Forum’s Centre for Nature and Climate is launching the Hoffmann Programme on Planetary Science for Economic Futures. We are seeking a Specialist to coordinate the global cohort of planetary leaders, manage community engagement, and support programme delivery over a three‑year fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the application, selection, onboarding and ongoing engagement of the Hoffmann Planetary Leaders cohort.
• Maintain cohort records, track engagement, and manage programme data using internal systems and Salesforce.
• Support curriculum implementation, learning journeys, and peer‑exchange activities.
• Plan and deliver annual fellowship gatherings, workshops, and dialogue sessions, including logistics, speaker preparation and participant communications.
• Draft pre‑read materials, programme notes and engagement summaries.
• Provide logistical support for Forum and external events linked to the programme.
• Assist with research, stakeholder outreach and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programme coordination, community management or similar roles within international or multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and external partners.
