About the role

MSF is looking for a motivated Digital Intern to join its eight‑person Digital Team in Zurich. The internship offers hands‑on experience in social‑media management, community engagement and digital content review within a humanitarian organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and publish content across all social‑media channels targeting the German‑speaking Swiss audience.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages as part of community management.
• Coordinate regularly with MSF colleagues in Germany and Austria to ensure consistent messaging.
• Review and provide feedback on digital assets such as the website and newsletters.
• Occasionally support projects at MSF’s headquarters in Geneva.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about digital communication and humanitarian work.
• Student or recent graduate in communication, media studies, journalism or a related field.
• Fluent in German; good command of French and English is a plus.
• Team‑player who can collaborate across borders.
