Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join the International Digital Marketing team at Tissot Headquarters in Le Locle. The role will drive organic social media strategy, increase brand visibility and support global campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Tissot’s organic presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Develop and maintain a global social media calendar aligned with brand priorities, product launches and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Content, PR and Sponsoring teams to source assets and create social‑first content.
• Maximize organic reach of sports partnerships, ambassadors and events through dedicated activations.
• Monitor performance, analyse metrics and propose growth opportunities.
• Support influencer initiatives, local market highlights and community management with Customer Care.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Media or a related field.
• First significant professional experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in luxury, lifestyle or consumer goods.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
• Proficiency in TikTok content creation and management.
• Experience managing YouTube channels.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn for corporate communication.
