About the role
CARBAGAS AG, a company of the Air Liquide Group, produces and supplies gases for industrial and medical use and develops tailored gas systems. It is looking for a Standard Operations Specialist to support the optimisation of its digital processes within its Standard Operations team.
Key responsibilities
- Master data management: create customers, resellers and distributors and carefully manage master data in the company's ERP and CRM systems.
- Contract management: reliably carry out changes to contracts and accounts.
- Inventory maintenance: process and adjust customer stock on request.
- Process improvement: proactively ensure data consistency, increase efficiency and profitability, and continuously improve the customer and distributor experience.
Required profile
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training.
- Very good German (at least C2); French, English or Italian is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills for active exchange with interfaces such as customer service, sales, finance and dispatch.
Required skills
- Confident use of SAP and Salesforce.
- Google Workspace.
