Store Design Planning Brand Architect (24‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Store Design Planning Brand Architect to lead the conversion of retail design concepts into detailed architectural layouts across multiple sales channels. This 24‑month position will ensure technical compliance, spatial efficiency, and brand consistency while collaborating with local store planning teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Translate retail design concepts into refined architectural plans that meet technical and regional requirements.
• Define zoning, spatial planning principles, and architectural standards for diverse markets.
• Create and validate construction details, manage workflows, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date design and budget documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business partners, contractors, and operational teams to align design decisions with brand identity and business goals.
• Lead research on new materials, trends, and innovative ideas to evolve brand design codes.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail design, high‑end retail architecture, or spatial design across multiple formats and regions.
• Strong aesthetic sense, detail orientation, and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with 3D modeling software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
