Store Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead Etro’s outlet in Mendrisio. The role combines sales leadership, client relationship management and operational oversight to deliver the brand’s luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and maximise sales performance through business planning and KPI achievement.
• Develop and implement client‑eling initiatives, events and CRM programmes to increase customer loyalty and spend.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store layout to attract customers and meet brand guidelines.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, logistics and reporting in line with company procedures.
• Lead, coach and develop the store team, fostering a collaborative spirit and ensuring product knowledge.
• Represent Etro in the local market, identifying new opportunities to grow footfall and brand awareness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury or fashion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
