Structured Products Sales Support – Fixed‑Term (12 months)

About the role

Evooq is looking for a self‑motivated Sales Support professional to manage structured products transactions on its ELUS platform. The role is based in Lausanne and combines client‑facing support with end‑to‑end trade processing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of structured products transactions, from pricing and execution to post‑trade settlement and brokerage coordination.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and external clients, providing first‑line support on trade‑related and technical matters.
• Process client requests for primary and secondary market activities, ensuring smooth order flow and strong relationships.
• Assist the sales team by following up with clients, reviewing term sheets, and coordinating with issuers and custodian banks.
• Compile and analyse trade execution data, monitor market developments, and prepare weekly investment summaries for clients.
• Research and resolve queries from external vendors, own incident handling, and deliver technical troubleshooting.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues, propose process improvements, and contribute feedback for product enhancements.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong motivation, platform‑savvy mindset and hands‑on approach.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite per week).
• Excellent communication skills and client‑service orientation.
